Warranty period

The XNANO complete machine and its accessories enjoy a one-year warranty from the date of original purchase.

Maintenance mode

Repair or replace the equipment according to the specific fault conditions.

Parts that can be repaired or replaced include but are not limited to battery, display screen, motherboard, etc.

All replaced parts, accessories or equipment are brand new.

The replaced parts and accessories enjoy the remaining period of the original 1-year warranty period or the 90 day warranty period from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

If there is a problem with the accessory, it will be replaced with a new one.

For products sold by our company or legal dealers authorized by our company, if the product fails in performance during the warranty period, we can enjoy our warranty service with valid warranty certificate (purchase invoice or warranty card). After the warranty period, we can provide cost maintenance services.

2、 Warranty Policy

One year warranty: Since the date of confirmation of receipt, if the machine fails due to non-human reasons within one year, the annual warranty will be free of charge, and on-site after-sales service will be provided by specially assigned personnel.

One year only replacement without repair: since the date of confirmation of receipt, if there is a fault caused by non human factors, you can apply for direct replacement of the machine without repair.

30 days' return and replacement without reason: within 30 days after receiving the product, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can choose to return and replace the product without reason on the premise that the product and packaging are complete and will not affect the secondary sales. If the goods are returned or replaced due to non product quality problems, the return freight shall be borne by the user. In case of performance failure or other quality problems, the user can choose to return or replace the goods, and the freight shall be borne by Xnano(only in Chinese Mainland). As the intelligent toilet is a special product, it will not be returned after installation due to non performance failure or other quality problems.

3、 Non warranty coverage

1. Aging, bruises, scratches, etc. of the product under normal maintenance and use.

2. The warranty period is exceeded.

3. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, store and maintain the product in accordance with the product manual.

4. The product is damaged because it is not operated according to the installation requirements or the customer disassembles the product without permission.

5. Failure and damage caused by disassembly and installation not by our company or the repairer not entrusted by our company.

6. The actual installation or use conditions and environment exceed the standard conditions specified by the equipment.

7. The consumer puts forward a warranty request, and no quality problem is found after the inspection by our company's technology department.
